Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our Site. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of all individuals just as we expect the same respect towards our rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us through our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are granted immunity under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against claims of infringement. To submit a valid infringement claim, certain information must be provided.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. An authorized signature of the copyright owner or their representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Details of the infringing material to be removed along with the URL for easy identification;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material;
  6. A declaration of the accuracy of the information provided.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), individuals misrepresenting information in a copyright infringement claim may face civil damages and penalties. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page for prompt assistance.

It is important to note that the identity and information of individuals making copyright claims may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you consent to this possibility.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If a material takedown notice has been received due to a copyright claim, a counter notification can be submitted to request the restoration of the material. The counter notification must contain specific elements as outlined by 17 USC Section 512(g)(3) and should be sent to our DMCA Agent.

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the material taken down and its original location;
  3. A statement asserting good faith belief regarding the removal;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers as required by the DMCA. Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated after violating our internal policy.
